Pam Armes

I’m a Georgia peach–a Southern gal from the beautiful state of Georgia. I learned all my cooking from my mom and grandmother (on my mom’s side). They were the best Southern cooks you can imagine! I still like cooking the old favorites.

As a kid, I was a real outdoor adventurist–spending my best days hunting, fishing, camping and riding. Once married, I had three kids to raise, and now I have the pleasure of six adorable grandkids.

But I kept at the cooking! I catered for several years and also taught kids how to cook and eat healthy for 10 years at Edible Education. It’s one of my lifelong passions.

FUN FACT: I rode and trained race horses in GA, FL and KY–and even got to train one on the Kentucky Derby track!
